Refund Policy

Effective Date: 05/01/2025
At Good Vibes Home Care LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, dependable home care services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be fair and transparent in our refund and cancellation policies.

1. Private Pay Clients
For clients who pay out-of-pocket (not through insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare):
•    Advance Payment: If services are prepaid, and care is canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice, a refund will be issued for the unused portion.
•    Short Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to one full day’s service cost.
•    No-Show or Refused Entry: If a caregiver arrives and is denied access or the client is unavailable without prior notice, no refund will be issued for that visit.

2. Medicaid/Medicare Clients
•    Services provided under Medicaid or Medicare programs are subject to the rules and billing requirements of those programs.
•    Refunds are not applicable for covered services paid by Medicaid or Medicare.
•    If services are found to be ineligible or non-billable due to client ineligibility or documentation issues, the client may be responsible for the balance.

3. Package Services (If Applicable)
If your agency offers packages (e.g., a bundle of hours):
•    Refunds for unused portions of prepaid service packages may be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided that no more than 50% of the package has been used.
•    A processing fee of 10% may be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Method of Refund
•    Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
•    Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

5. Service Discontinuation
If services are discontinued by Good Vibes Home Care LLC due to policy violations, unsafe environments, or non-payment, refunds may be limited or denied based on the situation and services already rendered.
